Toward the end of the 2023/2024 Academic Year, certain important dates must be marked:

• 31 July 2024: Deadline to register for the last Thesis Defense Examination session. Refer to the instructions available on this website by following THIS LINK.
• 7 August 2024: Graduation Ceremony (Wisuda) for a number of our graduates at the Grha Sanusi Hardjadinata on the Dipati Ukur campus.
• 8 August 2024: the last Thesis Defense Examination session for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. More detailed information on the Thesis Defense Examination is available on THIS LINK.
• 10 August 2024: Announcement of the Judicium of Graduation for those who have passed their Thesis Defense Examination on 22 July 2024 and 8 August 2024, followed by a POTLUCK PARTY where students, fresh graduates, alumni, faculty members, new exchange students, new students (2024 intake), and parents may share food and time in an informal gathering. • A special note for the 2024 students: Please complete the online form available on THIS LINK. Also, please make arrangements to take the Unpad English Language Test (ELT/TKBI) unless you have already other acceptable proof of English proficiency (IELTS, iBT TOEFL, ITP TOEFL, or English proficiency tests administered by UI, UGM, ITB, IPB, Undip, UPI, UB, or Unair). Submit your valid test scores in the form available by clicking in THIS LINK.
