The following are the scheduled dates for the Undergraduate Thesis Examination, the Judicium Announcement, and the respective registration deadlines for the 2022/2023 Academic Year for Unpad English Studies students.

Please refer to the above table when planning to write your undergraduate thesis/academic article and schedule consultations with your supervisors.
Supervisors and examiners must acknowledge receipt of the manuscripts to be examined at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of examination.
Thesis Examinations may result in one of these three (3) decisions, namely:
- Pass with no revision (Lulus tanpa revisi).
- Pass with revision (Lulus dengan revisi).
- Fail (Tidak lulus).
The judicium of graduation will only be announced at the conclusion of the Thesis Examination only if the result of the examination is “Pass with No Revision.”
Examinees who have opted to write a journal article or an otherwise published work (which has been at least “ACCEPTED” by the journal) will only receive Pass without Revision or Fail decision; and, therefore, the judicium of graduation may be announced on the same day.
The judicium of graduation for examinees who have passed with revision will be announced at the conclusion of the next scheduled examination provided that the thesis has been revised, bound, and signed, and all the necessary administrative requirements as stated at the announcement of thesis examination result have been fulfilled.
Examinees who have failed the examination will be able to be examined on the following scheduled date. Examinees who have passed the examination with revision on 10 August 2023 will have to revise their manuscripts and complete the administrative requirements and submit them by 4:00 pm (16:00 WIB) Friday, 11 August 2023 so as to have their judicium of graduation announced on 12 August 2023.
Examinees who fail to fulfill the requirements to have their judicium of graduation announced on 12 August 2023 will have to register for the August-February Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year (Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2023/2024) and pay their tuition fees.
Should there be changes made to this schedule and regulations, further announcements will be published.
